we've been itching to take a trip, outside of the U.S... something that feeds our travel soul & introduces our boy to a slice of the world. this is the last summer that our son flies free (that is, if in our lap is considered free). as teachers we have the time, now we just need to find the money. it has been decided to go somewhere, we have several very different locations in mind as options. the most seductive of which is france.

i have been dreaming of the eiffel tower, french flea markets, amazing coffee, bread & cheese.
My current travel dream is desperately lame. I just want to go somewhere anywhere with just my husband. I want to remember life with him before kids. Maybe a cozy shack in the snowy tundra of alaska. Oh a girl can dream!
